Comments: Went out fast, backed off some in the middle, finished up strong. Felt good. Some guy was shadowing me for the first five miles, so I let him take the pacing duties between miles 5 and 6 and we run a 6:13 mile. He turns to me and saids the pace is slowing, I felt like saying "well whos fault is that!", however he seemed to be struggling more than me so instead I just pick up the pace to 5:56 and drop him. Splits (5:46, 11:55, 17:45, 23:45, 29:48, 36:01, 41:57, 47:45-53?)...4th place master.
